Meg Griffiths is a comedian, actor, and improviser who loves to use her malleable facial expressions, physicality, and off-beat humor to go to great lengths for a joke.  

Since moving from Chicago to New York in 2004, she has performed in hundreds of long-form improv shows, created  produces the first stand-up comedy show in the 148-year history of the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Comedy Night at BAMcafe, writes, teaches, and just last week tried her hand at stand-up.


Meg has appeared on MTV, E! Entertainment, and Discovery Channel.  She has performed live comedy at various and sundry New York venues including The Peoples Improv Theater, Upright Citizens Brigade, Magnet Theater, Comix, Gotham City Improv, Mo Pitkin's House of Satisfaction, Stage Left Studio, I Had It Bad Storytelling Night,
The Shortened Attention Span Horror Festival at the Player's Theater (voted "Best of the Fest"), and The Kraine Theater. 

As a founding member of one of New York's longest-running long-form improv teams, The Baldwins, Meg has performed at the Boston Improv Festival, the 2nd Annual Mid-Atlantic Comedy Smorgasbord, and the Philadelphia Improv Theater.  Meg teaches improv classes, workshops, indie group and continues to perform to sold-out crowds every Saturday night at 8pm at The PIT.   

She has studied with Ali Farahnakian (SNL, Second City), Armando Diaz (Magnet Theater, Mother), Peter Kelley (Boston University), Eric Davis (clown/bouffon master, Red Bastard), Katie Northlich (4-time Manhattan Monologue Slam Champion), Matt Donnelly (Matt Donnelly’s Celebrity Tarot Lounge), Ptolemy Slocum (Neutrino, The Wire),
Kurt Braunohler (Kurt & Kristen, Hot Tub Variety Show), and Dion Flynn (The Big Gay Sketch Show). 

She resides in New York City with her wonderful husband.
